his teachers and try to finds solution for that.


Metal heath of the
teacher plays a very important role in the character building of the students
and their learning achievements. The educational administrators need to solve
the financial problem of the teachers and health care issues related to the
teachers and their families. The headmaster needs to manage the workload of the
teacher so he could manage his classes on time and have enough time to prepare
himself for the class. Provide good, healthy and stress free environment to the
teachers and in response they will give you quality in Education.
